Inside the reserve 10 photographic hides are available. Hides are located in different kind of habitats, as for example in the hygrophilous wood, in the wet meadows, on the water, etc. They have been built in different shapes (i.e. partially buried hides, drinking hides, with or without glasses, etc.) to offer
different kinds of perspectives and the best photographic opportunities.
The star of this place is the hide called The Arca, a boat hide located inside a big extension of water lilies that faces perches for the Whiskered Terns and other interesting species.
Hides are open all year round, except for The Arca Hide that is open from april to august and the Buzzard Hide that is available from september to may. All the seasons offer good photographic opportunities even if spring is the best in terms of quantity of species.
